Head chef, Stefan Haas, has made himself a name with his innovative interpretation of classic dishes. The concept of the Seeblick Restaurant takes us back a step. Tradition not innovation is the motto! The menu card includes old favourites such as the original Viennese escalope – „Wiener Schnitzel“, braised beef – „Tafelspitz“ and „Ausseer char“. To round the meal off there is a boiled semolina strudel and a sweet soufflé „Salzburger Nockerl“.
Freshly prepared quality produce, largely locally-sourced is an integral part if Stefan Haas‘ quality credo. As the name „SEEBLICK“ suggests, you can enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Grundlsee and the impressive surrounding mountains while dining. The Gasthaus SEELBICK is open daily.
