This applies to the hearty dishes in our SEEBLICK inn as well as to the playful 6-course menu in our two-toque restaurant WASSERMANN.
You will learn the craft of good cooking from the ground up from head chef Stefan Haas. You are part of a committed team and can contribute to success after a short time.
