Competition conditions of participation

1.    Organizer

The organizer of the competition is MONDI-HOLIDAY GmbH & Co. KG, Kaflerstraße 8, 81241 Munich.

2. Participation

Participation in the competition is free. It requires the e-mail address and the acceptance of the conditions of participation. Participation via sweepstakes associations or participation and registration services, automated participation, multiple participation (e.g. with different e-mail addresses) and participation with forged identities or with the identities of third parties are not permitted. Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.

3. Disqualification of Participants

Participation is only possible in your own name. In the event of multiple participation or incorrect information when registering, you may be excluded from the competition.

4. Prizes

The prizes we are giving away include 10 vouchers worth € 200 each, five vouchers worth € 500 each and one voucher worth € 1,000. These can be redeemed once at any of the five MONDI Hotels & Resorts. Each winner can take home only one of these vouchers. The vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of issue. There is no legally enforceable right to redeem the voucher at a specific hotel or on a specific date. The vouchers will bear the name of the winner and are not transferable. No cash payment will be made in lieu of a voucher.

5. Taking part in the prize draw

The prize draw will include all first-time subscribers to the newsletter who submit their subscription between December 2024 and December 2025. This will be determined by the electronically recorded time of receipt of the subscription to the newsletter.

6. Drawing and notifying the winners

The winners will be drawn randomly on 15 December each year and will be notified by email.

7. No Prize Notification

If notification to the participant is not possible (e.g. changed e-mail address), the Promoter has the sole discretion to decide what happens to the prize (e.g. whether it is not awarded).

8. Liability

Claims by the participant for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer.

9. Invalidity of individual clauses

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

10. Legal Process

The legal process is excluded.
